一.語法結構：考了九道，非常重要。考察的語法點：動名詞、虛擬語氣、倒裝、狀語從句、定語從句。
1.動名詞 ：一道。
87. Having spent some time in the city, he had no trouble finding the way to the history museum.
強化例句：
After having spent whole mornings on the river, I always go home with an empty bag.
Its driver had a lot of trouble trying to stop it
預測：2023年6月很可能會考不定式。也該考人家不定式了。
2.虛擬語氣：一道。
89. The victim might have survived if he had been taken to hospital in time.
強化例句：If, at the time, the British had not feared invasion, it would have been completed.
預測：2023年6月很可能會考一道虛擬現在的句子，如：If dad were alive, he would be horrified.
3.倒裝 ：樣題：
Not only did he overcharge me , but he didnt do a good repair job either.
考點：Not only 引起的部分倒裝
正常結構：He not only overcharged me, but he didnt do a good repair job either.
強化例句：Only on one occasion have I ever felt frightened.
4.狀語從句：六道。重要考點。
1) 目的狀語 ：一道。
88. In order to make money to support my schooling, Mother often takes on more work than is good for her.
強化例句：This time he was barking so that someone would let him out.
2) 讓步狀語 ：一道。
91. Though a skilled worker, he was fired by the company last week because of the economic crisis.

5.定語從句 ：一道。

下面是答題步驟。五分鐘，一分鐘一道。
第一步：通讀句子，英漢一起讀，理解句意。
第二步：利用動詞、時間狀語等線索，確定句子的時態。如2006. 12. 88：
Since my childhood I have found that to me, nothing is more interesting than reading.
Have found 提醒：后面一定要用一般現在時。2006. 12. 89：
The victim might have survived if he had been taken to hospital in time.
Had been 提醒句子談的是過去，人現在已經死了。2006. 6. 91：
Though a skilled worker, he was fired by the company last week because of the economic crisis.
Last week 提醒句子要用過去時。
第三步：漢譯英。注意，先翻譯謂語動詞，把它放在前面。動詞一確定，你就成功了一半。如下面這個漢語句子：
我鄰居去東京渡假，因為錢不夠，回不了家了。
先找謂語動詞。這句話中有兩個動作，去渡假和回家。哪個重要?哪個是說話人要告訴你的重要信息?是回不了家，所以 return 是謂語動詞。
先翻譯核心意思：My neighbor couldnt return home.
接著，渡假錢不夠一前一后加上，把核心意思捧出來：
My neighbor, who went to Tokyo for a holiday, couldnt return home because he didnt have enough money. 再如2007. 6. 90：
To make donations or for more information, please contact us at the following address. 再如 2006. 12. 90：
Some psychologists claim that people may feel lonely when theyre away from home.
如果謂語動詞不用你翻，就抓中文里面的關鍵詞 。如2007. 6. 91：
Please come here at ten tomorrow morning if its convenient for you.
迅速想出關鍵詞方便的英文單詞和用法：
