婚戀網站須嚴格執行實名制 嚴打違法婚介
近日，“程序員自曝被前妻逼自殺”事件持續發酵，引發輿論對婚姻中介以及婚戀時知悉對方真實婚姻信息情況的關注。
9月18日下午，民政部官方網站公布，為貫徹《中長期青年發展規劃（2024-2025年）》，推動服務青年婚戀工作，共青團中央、民政部、國家衛生計生委聯合印發《關于進一步做好青年婚戀工作的指導意見》（以下簡稱《意見》），要求依法整頓婚介服務市場，嚴厲打擊婚托、婚騙等違法婚介行為，促進婚戀市場規范發展。
Government bodies will coordinate to promote real-name registrations and authentication on dating sites and crack down on marital fraud and other crimes related to matchmaking services, according to the guideline issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China, the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the National Health and Family Planning Commission.

婚戀詐騙，在英語中可以用marital fraud或者romance fraud/scam表示，多是假裝以戀愛或結婚為由（involving feigned romantic intentions），贏得對方好感（gaining affection），然后騙取對方錢財的犯罪行為（using that goodwill to commit fraud）。
在網絡無處不在的今天，越來越多單身男女通過網絡婚戀平臺（online dating platforms）尋找戀愛和結婚的對象，但是網絡身份信息難辨真偽，讓不少人身陷婚騙的漩渦。
《意見》指出將拓展青年婚戀線上線下服務平臺（online and offline matchmaking service platform for the youth），整合民政部門、團組織、市場機構、社會組織的陣地和平臺資源，打造一批便于青年參與、服務實效顯著、有較高誠信度的婚戀公益服務平臺（to build public matchmaking service platforms that are easy to use, highly efficient and trustworthy）。
同時，將協調推動工商、工信、公安、網監、機關職能等部門的協同聯動，推動實名認證和實名注冊（real-name registrations and authentication）在婚戀交友平臺的嚴格執行，加強對個人用戶信息保護（protection of personal information）的監督執法，依法整頓婚介服務市場（regulate the market of matchmaking services），嚴厲打擊婚托、婚騙等違法婚介行為。
今年5月，共青團中央書記處常務書記賀軍科表示，大齡未婚是中國青年迫切關注的重大問題。共青團將幫助青年人樹立正確的婚戀觀、家庭觀（help the youth establish a correct view of marriage and family）；聯合青年組織，聯合各種群團組織、社會組織多開展便于青年交流交往的活動，擴大青年人交流的圈子（carry out events and activities by cooperating with other social organizations in order to expand the youth’s social circles），為他們結交朋友創造更多的機會和條件；協調和推動政府有關部門，規范婚姻介紹和婚姻服務，打擊婚戀介紹中虛假欺騙行為（coordinate relevant government departments to promote well-regulated matchmaking services and combat fraud），幫助青年人找到合意的伴侶。
而在今年4月印發的《中長期青年發展規劃（2024－2025年）》也提出，要導青年樹立文明、健康、理性的婚戀觀（civilized, healthy and rational view of marriage and dating）。
