　　入選理由: 其實29號的考試作文的topic最大的可能就是兩大主流話題-教育類和政府類，教育類雖然8月13號已經考了一次，但由于政府類在6月底到7月初連續考了3次，因此估計擠壓下來的教育類topic應該還是相對多寫，因此這次考試考教育類的可能性還是marginally higher than 考政府類的可能。

　　二級預測: 政府決策類

　　入選理由: 如前面所述，政府類上一個集中出現的高峰在6月底到7月上半個月，此后再無出現，因此這次時隔1個多月后再出現一次的話也不是什么奇怪的事，因此出現的可能性second to 教育類。
