整治“抗生素濫用”

“我國有超過30萬7歲以下兒童因為不合理使用抗生素造成耳聾，占聾啞兒童的比例高達30%至40%。”全國政協委員、民建海南省委會主委施耀忠說。兩會召開期間，施耀忠早早通過網絡提交了《關于整治抗生素濫用的提案》。

China's health authority on Tuesday announced plans to further curb the overuse of antibiotics, including setting caps for the variety and use ratio of antibiotics, and punishing doctors found to misuse antibiotics.

衛(wèi)生部出臺計劃進一步抑制抗生素濫用，包括限制抗生素的品種和使用比率，懲治濫用抗生素的醫(yī)生。

文中的overuse of antibiotics就是指“抗生素濫用”，是指對publilc health

我國每年生產抗生素原料21萬噸，人均年消費量138克，是美國的10倍。在我國，68.9%的住院病人使用antibacterial agents(抗菌藥物)，37%的病人聯合使用抗菌藥物。
