湖南嚴(yán)查“破壞選舉”案

日前，經(jīng)湖南省紀(jì)委研究并報(bào)湖南省委批準(zhǔn)，決定對衡陽破壞選舉案進(jìn)行立案調(diào)查；對涉案的431名黨員和國家工作人員進(jìn)行黨紀(jì)政紀(jì)立案；對在調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)涉嫌犯罪的人員，移送司法機(jī)關(guān)審查。

湖南省紀(jì)律檢查委員會(huì)決定對431名在2024年12月到2024年1月期間涉嫌選舉舞弊的人大代表和政府工作人員進(jìn)行調(diào)查。
