Some people argue that teachers should make the choice. Do you agree or disagree? ，這道題雖然同上一道論述的中心大不相同。前者集中于分析政府決定和學生決定各自的利弊，而后者則需側重老師決定的利弊。論據雖有重合或相似的地方，但不完全一樣。
