　　1. You will receive a body. 關愛自己，受益無限。 You may like it or hate it, but it will be yours for as long as you live. How you take care of it or fail to take care of it can make an enormous difference in the quality of your life. 無論喜歡還是厭惡，你的身體要跟隨你一輩子。能否照顧好自己的身體，會決然影響你的一生。 2. You will learn lessons. “人生”學校，無所不教。 You are enrolled in a full-time, informal school called Life. Each day, you will be presented with opportunities to learn what you need to know. The lessons presented are often completely different from those you need. 有一所大學，非正式但終身制，這就是人生。每天，它都會有機會教給你你應該學會的東西。常常，人生的課程并非你想要的。 3. There are no mistakes, only lessons. 沒有錯誤，只有教訓。 Growth is a process of trial, error and experimentation. You can learn as much from failure as you can from success. Maybe more. 成長是探索、犯錯和試驗的過程。失敗和成功一樣能教會你東西，甚至更多。 4. A lesson is repeated until it is Learned. 一個教訓會不斷地重復，直至你領悟了。 A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it. Learning lessons does not end. 學無止境。 There is no stage of life that does not contain some lessons. As long as you live there will be somthing more to learn. 無學習，不人生。只要你活著，學習就不會停。 6. Others are merely mirrors of you. 別人不過是你的鏡子。 You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects something you love or hate about yourself. When tempted to criticize others, ask yourself why you feel so strongly. 一個人對另一個人的愛憎，完全是因為對方折射了自己身上的某些東西。當你想批評別人的時候，先問問自己為什么反應如此強烈。 7. What you make of your life is up to you. 你的生活你做主。 You have all the tools and resources you need. What you create with those tools and resources is up to you. Remember that through desire, goal setting and unflagging effort you can have anything you want. Persistence is the key to success. 你擁有所有的工具和資源，能用它們來創造什么，完全由你自己做主。記住，有愿望、有目標、有不屑的努力，你就能得到你想得到的任何東西。堅持是成功的關鍵。 8. The answer lie inside of you. 答案就在你身邊。 The solutions to all of life problems lie within your grasp. All you need to do is ask, look, listen and trust yourself. 所有問題的解決方案盡在自己的掌控之中。你只需要對自己提問、觀察、傾聽，還有信任。
