　　英語第18講　如何寫書信類作文一、魔法導航高考書信寫作的關鍵在于對書信主體的處理。 1.稱呼收信人稱呼從信左邊開始寫,一般以 “Dear...”或 “My dear...”開頭,后面常用逗號。 2.正文 ——信來信往,包羅萬象正文是書信的主體,它的質量的高低將直接決定作文得分的高低,因此在書信的訓練和寫作中對其要精雕細刻,力求做到層次清晰、要點齊全、過渡自然、行文流暢和文筆優美。若是回信則應根據實際需要告訴對方自己何時收到信件、自己的感受或自己的近況,而后切入正文。正文結束時,常會另起一行,寫上一些表示祝福或期待的話語,如:Best wishes!/Looking forward to your early reply./Good luck!等。 3.結尾敬語寫信人表示自己對收信人的謙稱,常用表達有Yours,Yours sincerely,Yours truly 或Yours faithfully。電子郵件的寫作與書信基本相同,在此處不再贅述。二、常用句式

　　第一、常用開頭一句通: 1.邀請信:It is a pleasure for me to invite you on behalf of...to.../We would like to invite...to.../We are more than glad to invite you to... 2.申請信:My name is...I would like to work as.../apply for... 3.祝賀信:We are very happy to know that you have successfully...Allow me/us to give my/our most sincere congratulations on.../I was delighted to hear/receive the news that... 4.投訴或抱怨信:I'm writing to tell you something about...,which I think is not satisfying. 5.慰問信:We are very sorry to learn of/learn that.../I am very sorry to hear of your present situation that... 6.建議信:I'm glad to receive your letter asking for advice on how to...Here are some tips for you. 7.詢問信:I'm writing to ask whether you are able to do me a favor. 8.歡迎信:Glad to hear from you and you're welcome to... 9.回信:Thank you for your letter of.../Thanks so much for your letter,which ar- rived.../I am writing to you to tell you about.../I'm glad to receive your letter.It's a pleasure for me to tell you my plan of... 10.其他:Now I am so excited that I can't wait to share with you.../I would also like to know if you can.../I'm very excited to learn that.../It is indeed a wonderful idea to... 第二、常用結尾典例秀: 1.鼓勵型: How delighted I am now! Actually,whatever happens,we must stay clam first and then find a wise solution. 2.祝愿型: I hope what's mentioned above might be helpful and wish you a good journey. 3.請求詢問型: By the way,could I have a photo of Sulin taken on her third birthday?
