房地產(chǎn)稅最早明年啟動(dòng) 新稅將“房地合一”

據(jù)中國(guó)日?qǐng)?bào)報(bào)道，一位全國(guó)人大委員稱，中國(guó)可能最早在明年啟動(dòng)全國(guó)范圍的房產(chǎn)稅。此前房產(chǎn)稅已經(jīng)在重慶和上海進(jìn)行了試點(diǎn)。新稅將把房產(chǎn)稅和土地稅合并，即“房地合一”，合并后的房地產(chǎn)稅會(huì)按照房子的市場(chǎng)評(píng)估值來(lái)征稅。

The new tax will combine several existing taxes, including a land tax on property developers, a tax for occupying arable land and a tax for house transactions.

新稅將把現(xiàn)存的幾種稅，包括對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)商征收的土地稅、耕地占用稅和房屋交易稅合并為一個(gè)稅種。
