            詢盤(詢價)的概念詢盤又稱詢價,是指交易的一方為購買或出售某種商品,向對方口頭或書面發出的探詢交易條件的過程。

            其內容可繁可簡,可只詢問價格,也可詢問其他有關的交易條件。

            詢盤對買賣雙方均無約束力,接受詢盤的一方可給予答復,亦可不做回答。

            但作為交易磋商的起點,商業習慣上,收到詢盤的一方應迅速作出答復。

            詢盤(詢價)的分類

            (1)買方詢盤是買方主動發出的向國外廠商詢購所需貨物的函電。

            在實際業務中,詢盤一般多由買方向賣方發出。

            ①對多數大路貨商品,應同時向不同地區、國家和廠商分別詢盤,以了解國際市場行情,爭取最佳貿易條件

            ②對規格復雜或項目繁多的商品,不僅要詢問價格,而且要求對方告之詳細規格、數量等,以免往返磋商、浪費時間。

            ③詢盤對發出人雖無法律約束力,但要盡量避免詢盤而無購買誠意的做法,否則容易喪失信譽。

            ④對壟斷性較強的商品,應提出較多品種,要求對方一一報價,以防對方趁機抬價。

            (2)賣方詢盤是賣方向買方發出的征詢其購買意見的函電。

            賣方對國外客戶發出詢盤大多是在市場處于動蕩變化及供求關系反常的情況下,探聽市場虛實、選擇成交時機,主動尋找有利的交易條件。

            一.初入崗位

            我是今年6月份畢業的,剛邁出校門就直接來到了深圳。出校門之前我還在迷茫,不知道要做什么工作,也沒有給自己找到一個明確的定位。我知道自己不是那種安貧樂道的,我要給自己頂下目標,并且努力奮斗。因為在畢業之前,我也做過兩份工作,一份是導購,一份是商務接待,由于各種原因沒能繼續堅持做下去。

            直到9月份24日我有幸進入新起點這個大家庭,在公司領導和同事的幫助下,我在認識產品、熟悉產品、推廣產品各方面的知識上有了很大的提高。在這里我要感謝我的領導和同事們對我的點滴幫助。

            初入外貿銷售這個行業,我除了在學校里所學的外貿英語知識和國際貿易知識,缺乏實際經驗,對于阿里巴巴國際推廣平臺的操作一點也不清楚。首先第一件事,我就是要熟悉公司產品。因為公司人不多,初來乍到,懷揣著夢想的激情全心的投入學習中。公司的產品目

            二、熟悉業務流程

            在逐漸接觸國際貿易的過程中,我通過阿里巴巴平臺免費版,收到了很多客戶的訂單(阿里巴巴的平臺),可惜都是批量小的一些樣品單,最終因為因現實支付方式不能通過支付寶而告終。在10月伊始,經過半個月的產品熟悉,詢盤回復,終于有位瑞典客戶接收我們的付款方式,轉賬成功。第一筆外貿訂單成了,雖然只是一個小訂單,缺從中學會了很多。接收款項后,隨后跟單,讓生產安排生產并聯系國際貨運快遞。

            在國際快遞方面第一次接觸了dhl/ups/fedex,其間還是出現一點小插曲,聯系貨運后,貨物到香港了,快遞公司說是地區偏遠要加偏遠費。因小訂單,dhl運費算得過于精確,導致貨物退回來,重新找了一個貨運公司,改走fedex。這樣耽誤了幾天的貨期。不過經過

            這次的教訓,明白了算運費的時候要按值計算,寧愿多收一點,聯系快遞的時候要貨代把地址查下是不是偏遠地區。

            三、參與展會

            10月中旬,公司參與了廣州第xx屆國際采購博覽會,展會上的客戶基本上都是國外的。其間因展會上同行較少,參與競爭的不是很多,這又是我們該發揮的時候了。幾個同事都在給公司產品做宣傳,發名片,發資料,盡量吸引更多的客戶來看我們的展廳。與外國客戶交流又成了一門技巧,要吸引有意向的客戶,要讓沒有意向的客戶接觸和了解我們這一產品,歸根結底說白了就是來者絕不放過。與外國客戶的交流中,也學到了如何向客戶介紹我們的產品,如何講解剖析產品優勢。一個展會辦下來,臨時出售了小批量產品,收到了很多外國客戶的名片,也發了一些自己的名片,希望將來可以聯系一些有意向的客戶。

            展會過后,就是分析名片,收發郵件了。有經驗的同事,接到名片及時判斷客戶意向,聯系了客戶上門看廠。也做了一筆數量的訂單。其間,我學會了要認真判斷客戶意向,了解客戶需求,才能做到有求有應。

            四、收發郵件

            把展會上的名片整理,分析,回憶一遍,把有意向的,一個一個都發郵件進行問候。在發郵件之前,產品定價又是一項很重要的事。既然是工廠,產品價格就有一定的優勢。憑這個優勢,價格是沒有很大的問題。其次就是價格得詳細程度,其間涉及moq,fob等各方面,這就是考驗產品熟悉程度了,報價單的一目了然也很重要。要明確自己的產品報價與市場行情差價,及如何以達到報價的正確性,讓客戶查到公司知道公司的主要經營產品及及產品優勢與核心競爭力。

            所以小小的一份報價表,看似簡單,實則要經過仔細和認真的推敲。報價應報得恰如其分,不能過低,也不能過高;好東西不能賤賣,普通的產品不要報高。因為客戶往往會從你的報價來判斷你的誠實性,并同時判斷你對產品的熟悉程度;如果一個非常簡單普通的產品你報一個遠離市場的價位,甚至幾天都報不出來,這說明你的誠實性不夠,你根本不懂這一行,自然而然客人不會對你再理會。

            但是呢,一連幾百份郵件發出去,沒有幾個人回應,石沉大海,讓人覺得心灰意冷的。但是,不能放棄,就得自身找找原因了。可能價格沒有設置好,圖片不夠吸引眼球,產品信息沒有詳細……等一大堆的問題,一個一個分析,解決。

            五、接觸阿里巴巴會員版

            11月份開始接觸阿里巴巴會員版的業務子賬號,發布產品信息,提高產品曝光率,進而增加詢盤的機會。發布產品信息又是一項繁雜的工作。首先,每一個產品的標題不能雷同,圖片必須清晰。其次,最重要的是關鍵詞要選好,而且要選關鍵詞排名靠前的,這樣才能提

            高產品的搜索度。關鍵詞的設置可以三個雷同,可以5種以上產品競爭一個關鍵詞,盡量想辦法提高曝光率。最后就是產品信息的匹配了,有頭有尾必不可少,不能牛頭馬嘴,也不能張冠李戴。不同的產品要匹配相應的信息。發布了一千多條產品信息,詢盤也相應上升了,在線咨詢的客戶也多了起來。

            買家總會貨比三家,一個詢盤他會發給很多的供應商,因而買家遠是專業的。作為外貿工廠最主要的優勢是能提供廠家直銷價,和產品質量的監督。因而定價要定的合理,才能贏取更多的客戶。

            但,在公司提供客戶需求信息資源這一塊中,也屢次沒有取得好的成績,錯過了很多展會客戶資源,主要是因為自己不會跟進客戶,不知道怎么樣來跟進,在這點我以后會好好學習,耐心地請教。在平時的各項工作中精耕細作,緊跟所有客戶資源,及時掌握客戶的需求,作出相應的計劃和工作。在今后的工作中,爭取把握分析、處理好各項工作中,加強同客戶的交流、溝通。知己知彼,方能百戰不殆,了解他們的需求,能夠準確地處理好,來羸得客戶。

            六、工作失誤

            前段時間因為報價失誤,和客戶理解的不一樣,導致公司流失了一個客戶。客戶要的是模組,我就按我們常規的報價,一個模組報給他。等客戶寄來樣品,要我報價,他的樣品是兩個模組一套的。我卻沒有理解好,還是按一個模組的價格報了出去。其間幾天也沒有溝通

            好,相互間理解不當。直到客戶過來簽合同才弄明白報價嚴重失誤了,這一點,我覺得自己太大意了。工作時需要細心的,能想到的要盡量想到,不懂的地方一定要問。三個臭皮匠頂的上一個諸葛亮,這是個真理。提出來就總會找到解決的辦法的。

            七、心得體會

            1、“努力不一定成功,放棄一定失敗”是籃球運動員姚明曾經說過的一句話,用這句話在時刻提醒、鞭策著自己。在公司的這段時間讓我意識到,一名合格的外貿業務員,要從基礎做起,筑穩根部,不眼高手低,不心浮氣躁,虛心求教,耐心學習。

            2、專業的學習,要進行實際結合。要熟悉專業的外貿術語,特別是led行業,要抓住客戶的需求,給予客戶相應的服務。與客戶交流要有針對性。

            3、要盡心盡責的做好本職工作。要做好手頭的工作,專心工作,做好與客戶的交流和聯系,不懂得地方要耐心請教。

            4、心態決定一切

            懷疑、抱怨、無所謂、思想上的懶惰這些態度對工作是致命的。認識到工作是自己的事便不會有懶惰的思想。要長期堅持下來,不放棄,失敗乃是成功之母。

            八、展望20xx

            辭舊迎新,展望20xx年。新的一年已經開始,緊張而又忙碌的工作拉開了進程,明確公司的目標、計劃。計劃好自己的工作和個人目標。本人將更認真工作,刻苦學習業務知識,提高自身的能力來努力完成公司的銷售任務和目標,同時希望公司和個人再上一個新的臺階,堅持下去,好好奮斗!

            以后的路還要怎么走,我也不知道,但是我知道,只要自己不斷的努力,那么迎來的就一定是很好的前景,所以我只有自己不斷的努力了,因為自己是要生活的。生活和工作中有很多的事情來做,需要不斷的努力。
